However, the consumer has no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning:

• Deliveries of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed or damaged after delivery.
• Deliveries of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods or items due to their nature.

Refund:

In the event of an effective withdrawal, all payments received in connection with the relevant delivery will be promptly refunded.

Our company reserves the right to refuse refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

For the refund, we only accept the same payment method that was chosen in the original transaction.

Return:

Please return the goods immediately, but in any case no later than within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract, to: Logsta GmbH, In den Wiesen 4, 2544 Leobersdorf.
