How does CBD work?
We’re not allowed to give any information on the effects of CBD – the law currently prohibits it. We’d love to give intake recommendations, but for information on effects or dosage, we have to refer you to experienced doctors or first and foremost to Arge Canna. In Austria, cannabis products are currently only allowed to be sold as aroma products and are therefore officially not recommended for intake! What we can say is this: inform yourselves, find sources you trust and pay close attention to high quality. Sveta products give you the highest security, as they are tested by the manufacturers and then again by us via Arge Canna in their independent laboratories.
Where can I find information on the intake of CBD?
In Austria, CBD products aren’t recommended for intake, therefore we are not allowed to give any information on its effects. We suggest you take your information from organizations like Arge Canna at www.arge-canna.at.
Where do you source your cannabis products from?
Our CBD products are 100% sourced from Austria. Our cannabis buds are grown near Vienna. The flowers for our oils come from Burgenland.
Do you deliver outside of Austria?
Gladly! Please educate yourself on the legal status of CBD products in your home or target country BEFORE your purchase. You can find information about shipping outside of Austria in our web shop.
Are Sveta products available at offline retailers as well?
Yes! You can currently find our products exclusively at Tastery in Vienna und La Vida in Salzburg.

How long does shipping take?
In general, please allow 2-3 business days for shipping within Austria. Our shipping partner boxes up your order in neutral packaging and sends it with the sender Sveta – Feeling Nature.
Are the containers sealed?
Yes! In order to guarantee that you get what’s on the label, our production partners seal the glass containers.
Am I liable to prosecution if I consume CBD?
CBD products are 100% legal in Austria! Unlike the cannabinoid tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), our CBD products aren’t subject to the controlled substances law as they stem from industrial hemp (from the EU catalogue of hemp varieties), which can also be farmed completely legally and has THC levels of less than 0.3%. Therefore, the possession and purchase of CBD products is entirely legal.
